Update on Big Updates: Feedback Attack

Ben Westermann-Clark April 9th, 2008

With so many big changes on Grooveshark yesterday, we’ve (expectedly) run into a few bugs that should be sorted out as soon as possible. For the most part, these should all be fixed sometime within the next day–search results, recommendations, and a slew of other baby bugs will be better soon.

***Most Importantly*** During the update process, the feedback form that you guys use to let us know how much we’re screwing up has, ironically, screwed up itself. If you sent us a message in the feedback form within Grooveshark in the last 36 hours, most unfortunately, we haven’t been able to receive it. This is being fixed immediately, and there is no need to re-send your feedback. We’ll receive it soon. More than anything, we’re just sad that we’ve been slow in responding.

We really apologize for the problem, and hopefully you can come to forgive us. Please, please, please, if you have *any* questions, criticisms, or bug reports you want to get to us immediately, don’t hesitate to send me an e-mail (bwc@grooveshark.com) and I’ll respond personally.

Thank you again so much for your patience and help, guys. Being a small group, we work as hard as we can to make Grooveshark as cool as possible, and we love listening to you guys letting us know what you’d like and how we can do better. I really hope to hear from you, and that all these little bugs get sorted out quickly!
